Q: Why did you change your name from XoXo Cupcakes?
When I first started this business I was focused solely on cupcakes. As I grew and expanded I wanted to be able to showcase all the different aspects of what XoXo can make for you! As XoXo Cake Boutique we offer custom cakes, cupcakes, cake truffles and so much more.
Q: Is your price list available online?

Q: When should I contact you about making a cake/cupcakes/dessert bar for a wedding or special event?
The sooner the better! XoXo Cake Boutique currently only takes 1 wedding each weekend (Fiday, Saturday & Sunday). Please submit an inquiry or email us directly at info@xoxocakeboutique.com. For special event cakes/cupcakes/dessert bar options please reach out to us at least 2 weeks ahead of your planned date.
Q: Do you offer cake tastings & How much do you charge for a tasting?
Currently we offer in person and cake (to go) tasting boxes for all wedding inquires. All in person tastings are by appointment only. For those that can't attend an in person tasting we offer tastings boxes for pickup only. All tastings are $25.00 for cake tastings and $35.00 for cake and dessert bar options. Please submit a wedding inquiry to find out about our next tasting availbility.
Q: How long do your tastings last?
Each tasting can vary depending on what you and your partner would like to taste. Please allow up to an hour for the tasting. This allows us to go over all the details you'd like to include on your special day!
Q: Do you offer setup and delivery?
Yes! We currently deliver within the DMV (Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia) area. Please submit an inquiry to find out more details about wedding setup and breakdown.
Q: Do you offer items for people with dietary restrictions?
Yes! We are able to create nut free, gluten free, vegan, sugar free and other dietry options for our all of our cake flavors and most of our dessert bar options.
Q: Do you work with other cake mediums besides buttercream?
Yes, I have worked with fondant, gumpaste, buttercream and all sorts of different types of frosting. I will work close with you to ensure your ideal cake is made!
Yes! Included in your wedding contract XoXo Cake Boutique offers an anniversary cake on your 1 year anniversary. Please contact us within 72 hours of your anniversary for availability.
Q: What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Wedding Cancellation: Cakes cancelled prior to the 14 day lockout date will be refunded. Cakes cancelled after the 14 day lockout date will not be refunded and the deposit will not be refunded. In special cases please contact us to discuss available options.
Special Event Cakes: In the event that something occurs to affect your scheduled date please contact us to discuss options.
